Blumenau TI · AI office automation

Your ERP operated by an AI agent. Your team, on the decisions.

For companies running SAP, TOTVS, Senior, Dynamics, NetSuite or Odoo: the agent does the postings, cross-checks the spreadsheets, builds the reports and sends the e-mails that currently eat someone's afternoon in the back office. Nearshore from Brazil, UTC-3, on site in Santa Catarina.

Where the hours go

The back office types what is already written somewhere

The supplier invoice arrives as a file and someone retypes it into the purchase order. The bank statement arrives as a file and someone checks it against the ERP, line by line. The customer order arrives as a PDF and becomes typing. And at every month-end the same spreadsheets are built again. None of it needs judgement; all of it needs hours. That is exactly the work an AI agent does well, with every step logged.

Typing

Documents that become typing

Invoices, statements, PDF orders, supplier spreadsheets and production sheets: the information already exists, it only changes place by hand.

Checking

Checks the system could do

Order against invoice, statement against receivable, timesheet against roster, stock against count. The agent compares everything and hands over only the discrepancies.

Reporting

The usual report, built again

Closing, management P&L, costs, backlog, overdue receivables. Built every time by someone who could be analysing the result instead.

What the agent does in your system

Routines by department, the way the office works

Each item below is a routine we have automated or that the diagnosis measures in hours per month. We start with the one that hurts most.

Finance

Payables and receivables without typing

  • Daily bank and card reconciliation with discrepancies already isolated
  • Settlement of invoices, fees and interest posted
  • Collections by e-mail and WhatsApp with payment links, politely
  • Cash position in your inbox before the day starts
Tax and accounting

From invoice to month-end, checked

  • Supplier e-invoices read, matched to the PO and posted
  • Tax codes validated before closing
  • Pre-check of statutory filings (SPED in Brazil, VAT returns elsewhere)
  • Month-end package assembled and sent to the accountants
Purchasing

Quote, order and follow-up

  • Quote requests to suppliers and a ready comparison
  • Purchase order posted in the ERP after approval
  • Delivery dates chased and forecasts updated
  • Reorder points watched for critical items
Planning and production

Automatic reporting, OEE and visible delays

  • Production counts from the machine straight into the work order (OT/IT integration)
  • Stops and scrap recorded with cause
  • Schedule adjusted when a machine stops or material is late
  • Late-order alerts to whoever has to act
Sales and invoicing

Customer order becomes ERP order

  • Orders arriving as PDF, e-mail, portal or EDI read and posted
  • Batch invoicing with documents sent to the customer
  • Order status answered on WhatsApp or e-mail, 24/7
  • Backlog and overdue receivables per rep, no manual spreadsheet
HR and payroll

Timesheets, onboarding and payroll pre-checked

  • Attendance and absences checked before closing
  • Onboarding documents collected and recorded
  • Payroll pre-checked against last month, exceptions listed
  • Cost-centre reports for managers
Reports

Reports ready every morning, assembled by nobody

  • Management P&L, costs, inventory, production and overdue receivables as PDF, Excel or dashboard
  • Comparison with the previous period and plain-language explanation of variances
  • Delivered by e-mail or WhatsApp to each manager, only what concerns them
  • Natural-language questions (“how much did we sell to customer X this month?”) answered on the spot
How the agent operates the system

Three routes, always the safest one available

Route 1

Official APIs and integration

SAP Business One (Service Layer, DI API), SAP ECC and S/4HANA (RFC, OData, IDoc), TOTVS (REST and web services), Senior (G5 and HCM APIs), Dynamics, NetSuite and Odoo. Data goes in and out through the vendor-sanctioned path.

Route 2

Database and reports

Direct reads from ERP tables or views for checks, dashboards and reports. We never write to the database behind the system's back.

Route 3

Screen operation (RPA with AI)

When there is no API, the agent uses the system like a person: opens the screen, fills it in, checks the response message and logs it. With AI, it reads the source document and handles exceptions instead of stalling.

No ERP replacement, no changes to what works, no downtime. The agent has its own user with the minimum profile for the routine.

How it works

From diagnosis to a routine in production in 15 days

1-hour diagnosis

We sit with the people who operate the system, map up to 10 routines and measure hours per month, errors and lead time for each.

Free · report in 48 h

One-routine pilot

We pick the routine that hurts most. The agent runs side by side with your team until it is right, at a fixed price.

15 days · from EUR 1,500

Production with controls

Own ERP user, audit trail and human approval wherever money or tax obligations are involved.

Monthly fee per routine

Routine by routine

The ERP connection already exists; each new routine goes live in 1 to 2 weeks, always measured in hours saved.

No long-term contract
Control and security

Autonomy with brakes: the agent executes, a person approves what matters

What always stays with a person

  • Payments and transfers
  • Invoice issuance and cancellation
  • Reversals, off-policy discounts and new vendor records
  • Any step the diagnosis flags as critical for your company

What the agent guarantees

  • Audit trail: what, when, from which source document
  • Own ERP user with minimum profile, revocable at any time
  • Data in your infrastructure or a cloud region of your choice; nothing trains a model with your data (GDPR, LGPD)
  • Reversible: switch the agent off and the routine goes back to manual with no trace in the system

FAQ

What finance, tax and IT ask us

Which ERPs do you support?

SAP (Business One, ECC, S/4HANA), TOTVS (Protheus, Datasul, RM), Senior, Sankhya, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo and in-house systems. Where the ERP exposes an API or database access we use the vendor-sanctioned route; where it does not, the agent operates the screen with every step logged. The 1-hour diagnosis confirms the safest route for your case.

Do we need to change or customize the ERP?

No. The agent is a layer beside the system: it has its own user with the minimum profile and does what a staff member would do. ERP, licences and processes stay as they are; what changes is who types.

What if the AI posts something wrong?

Every action is logged (what, when, from which source document), and anything involving money or tax obligations waits for human approval: payments, invoice issuance, reversals, new vendor records. Errors are reprocessed from the log, and the agent only gets autonomy on a routine after running side by side with your team during the pilot.

How much does it cost?

The 1-hour diagnosis is free. A one-routine pilot takes 15 days at a fixed price from EUR 1,500 (half on approval, half on delivery). In production each routine has a monthly fee from EUR 250, including monitoring, adjustments and support. The diagnosis report shows the hours per month of each routine so you can compare.

How do you handle data protection?

Data stays in your infrastructure or in a cloud region you choose; the agent reads only what the routine needs, and none of your data trains any model. We sign an NDA before seeing a single screen and document the data flow in the diagnosis report (GDPR and Brazilian LGPD).

Who does the work and in which timezone?

Engineers Lucas William Junges and Lucas Albert Gommersbach, in Blumenau, Brazil (UTC-3): full working-day overlap with the US East Coast and four to six hours with Central Europe. For Brazilian subsidiaries we visit on site.
